Email from IRCC, Request police certificate from FBI,and schedule A.......

Hi, I am inland applicant from QC,
i just received email from IRCC, request (1) police certificate - FBI ----must received by 2017/05/12
(2) spouse questionnaire IMM5285 ----must received by 2017/05/12
(3) Schedule A IMM5669 ----must received by 2017/05/12
My question is : (1) i have already sent the completely application 2016-May. the only reason for IRCC to request should be the police certificate i sent was not from FBI , so it means I must to get a police certificate from FBI ? if it`s that it will take at least 2-3 months, i couldn`t send it to IRCC along the limited date. if i send it after the deadline are they gonna refuse my case or delay my case?
(2) and (3) i didn`t get it why they request again ? because the documents involved will be like the whole application again!

Are you a US citizen? If so, you can use FBI channelers (found on the CIC webpage) and get it done quickly. It will cost money, but i got my FBI clearance (through a channeler) in less than one week.
