email from CIC

Hello,

So far I have received two emails from CIC. I'm not sure, at which status these emails reflect to. Does these mean, my file is transferred to the local embassy?

First email started with:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class.



The Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism issued instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.





Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

Second email started with:

This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2014/06/09.


When should I contact CIC?
You must notify CIC of any changes to your application. Examples of changes include:
• Changes in your personal circumstances, such as birth or adoption of a child, a marriage or a divorce
• Change of contact information (e-mail, mailing address, telephone number)
• Appointment or change of immigration representative or designated individual
• Decision to withdraw your application

I have no clue about the second email, but your first email is a PER i.e. it seems to be OK and would be forwarded to the VO for processing.

I have no clue about the second email, but your first email is a PER i.e. it seems to be OK and would be forwarded to the VO for processing.
