Eligiblilty /screen time SINP

Hi All,
Does anyone know, how long they take for pre screening in SINP family sponsor? I submitted documents last year in July, I haven't received any approval letter/eligiblity letter yet. All I got so far is a file number. I sent them an email but they didn't tell me how long will it take.
