Hi people, I've been reading a lot about EE and FSW and according to everyone in the forum and CIC there is no list of eligible occupations like it was last year for FSWP however I don't understand can someone please explain me why there is a note in FSW official CIC site that says: "Note: Degree program must be in one of these fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy"

Source: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

I really don't get it to what degrees does this rule apply? Is in education part, right after "University level entry-to-practice professional degree" does it apply only to this? Sorry the dumb question I am just trying to understand this particular note. Thanks for your answers.
