Eligible for FSW program during you are international student in Canada

Hi,

I am international student in Canada right now and I want to apply for FSW program which is re-opening on May,04 and they include occupation where i can apply on my past experience.

is it possible to apply for FSW program during you are international student in Canada?

Please share your experience with me and guide me.
