My wife she is sposor and we got already AOR
The Quebec government contacted her a month ago and asked her to pay the 4,000 she had received as social assistance while working at the same time for eight months.
After negotiation, She agreed with them to pay the amount in installments every month, 200 dollars... she work as a store manager in big company-retail...

Does this prevent her from being eligible as a sponsor?
Thanks

I don't think there are clear rules around this. You cannot sponsor if you are on social assistance - or if you have to pay back social assistance that a sponsored family member took. Not sure about repayments for yourself. However quite possible IRCC may simply say her record isn't clear / clean right now and this may have an impact.

I would accelerate the payments and pay everything off as soon as you can if possible.

Was your wife living with you when she got AOR for PR. Were you common law at the time or married?

we got AOR just last month
Sorry misread and thought it said she got AOR. Is she a citizen? If not when did she get PR? Based on previous posts you have been living together since January 2018.
