eligibility to pursue masters

i have a 15 yrs of education and 2 yrs of working experience in indian IT as junior data scientist .
my +2 score is 82%
uG is 71%
Ielts is 7.0

am i eligible to apply for masters in canada

You will find it difficult but I have heard that some top tier university get additional points added to their GPA. You need to be closer to 80s to get into a masters program but it all depends on the school and who else applies.
