Eligibility to apply for a spousal work permit

My wife has a work permit and we came in March 2020. She has not been able to find a job yet in category B as per IRCC and we were wondering if is there any possibility for me to apply for a work permit?

What kind of work permit does she have? PGWP? Something else?

She studied here for 2 years and obtained a PGWP.

Unfortunately you are not eligible for a SOWP as she needs an employment letter and at least 3 pay stubs showing she is employed in a NOC B job.

She studied here for 2 years and obtained a PGWP.

If your wife isn't able to secure a NOC A, B or 0 job then you would need to get a job offer and approved LMIA to qualify for a closed work permit.
