Eligibility review

I have been on review required for statutory question(aor January 2022)
The call agent i spoke to said they now have all necessary documents to move me from review.
Am surprised as i never sent in any document.
Anyone experienced this before please

I’m sorry for the situation you have been through. Im sorry im not in the same boat but do you mind sharing why your process is on holt to review your eligibility? I am awaiting my PR renewal is approved or rejected. I would appreciate it if you could share your situation a bit more. Thanks
