I Have already mentioned it in my comment, it is Etobicoke VO.

You can either look at the end of the letters they issue or call them and simply ask about your primary and secondary visa offices.

My PNP EE app was transferred from Sydney to Edmonton to Etobicoke.

Last update: Eligibility in progress Feb 15, 2023 and no updates after that.
