Guys today I called cic and person there told me that my eligibility is not yet started . My timeline is
AOR /14 June
Medical passed -10 July
We are reviewing your eligibility
The documents are being reviewed
You passed medical
Donot need interview
We are processing your background check
It means iam just at ip1 .

Many applicants with AOR in April are going through this. You are a June AOR. Relax and be patient. It will be done soon. :)
 
I don't understand what was the problem here? You do realize cic processing time is 6 months. Please you need to be patient!

Please i score as follows in my IELTS Listening 6.5, Reading 5.0, Writing 6.5 and Speaking 7.5, - is this eligible for express entry application? findings show that I need to score 6.0 in all competencies.
Kindly advise if there are other means or I need to re-write the test? Thank you

Re-write the test. Your scores are too low, you can earn much higher points with better language score. Good luck
 
If status says Security not started, but there are pages which are withheld under section 16.2.C. I find this oddly contradicting the security status. What are your thoughts?
