Eligibility met security not started

I’m stuck at eligibility met since last 4 months and nothing else started. When i called cic, the agent told me that he has marked my file and the officer will reach me by 30 days but nothing has changed as it is 29th day. What should i do now

Well he did say 30 days not 29 and also with the long weekend Tuesday is when they are open. also what can you do? nothing just be patient thats all we can do.

order a GCMS notes and you will see the officers notes on your file.

I just wanted to know that marking the file by an agent really helps?

You should order GCMS notes first.

i dont know but i dont trust call centre agents they have no power whats so ever they tell you generic answers to make you feel good but the real way to find out is GCMS notes.
