Eligibility if a person is in Austria (Europe)?

Hi all,

This is about my brother, I'm writing on his behalf.

He wants to know whether he is eligible for the Express Entry and under which particular stream(s)?

Here are his details:
  • Age = 27
  • Education
    • Masters from a University in Europe
    • Bachelors in India
  • Experience
    • 1 Year Experience in India
    • 1.5 Years of Experience in IT Support in Austria
    • 1 Year Experience as a Feature Engineer in Austria
  • IELTS = S:8 L:9 W:7 R:7

Is it easy for him to get a PR and move here or will there be any complications?

Any help is appreciated.

Nothing is easy. He needs to research Express Entry and determine eligibility and CRS score. For draws right now, he wants around 500.

Thank you for responding @Naturgrl

I tried calculating the crs don't know what exact options to select, so asked here if someone can help with calculating the score based on the shared data, will be really helpful to start with.
