Eligibility for studying in canada.

My son got IELTS 7.5 bands and he has 49 % in Bachelor of management studies from Mumbai University. 9 backlogs through out the degree, cleared all of them. Is he eligible to get into any colleges or Universities in canada For pgdm courses?

It will be pretty difficult to get a study permit approved with such low bachelor degree marks. I would recommend he complete further studies in his home country and achieve higher marks before trying to apply to study in Canada. I don't think CIC will see him as a genuine student with such low marks.
