You need to wait until you have lived in Canada for 2 out of the last 5 years before you will be able to submit the application to renew your PR card. So if you arrived in Canada 3 months ago, then you need to wait another 21 months before you apply to renew your PR card.

You need to wait until you have lived in Canada for 2 out of the last 5 years before you will be able to submit the application to renew your PR card. So if you arrived in Canada 3 months ago, then you need to wait another 21 months before you apply to renew your PR card.
