eligibility for express entry?? work experience query

My profile is as follows:

2004-2011: bachelor of engineering in mechanical engineering (INDIA)
oct. 2012-apr.2014 : MBA General in university of bedfordshire (UNITED KINGDOM)
dec. 2014 : joined a retail company as sales executive
june 2015: got promoted to sales manager in the same company
december 2015 : got promoted to deputy manager in the same company
may 2016: came back to india as visa expired

december 2016 : opened a partnership firm of snooker club in india
october 2017 : partnership dissolved and converted to sole proprieter firm of which snooker firm was in the name of my wife and small cafe was on my name.
still business is running

My wife has also done masters and she will accompany me as well

gave ielts general in june 2019 and got L-8.5, S-7, R-7, W-6.5

already sent the education documents for WES evaluation for us both

my question is regarding the experience .

1) am i eligible to apply under express entry as i started as sales executive will that count as an experience as i am confused about NOC for the experience. My experience has a varied structure but it is related to customer service. So can anyone please guide me regarding the NOC applicable for my experience and will my profile be accepted if I got the required points to come under draw.??
2) if not then what are the options to apply like PNP etc.??

Further to add I think for sales executive(5 months) my NOC would be 6411 and ..for sales manager (6 months) and deputy manager (4 months) my experience will fall under 0621 NOC

While for snooker club (10 months) and small cafe I am confused about the NOc code
