Do you work on contract? Why only 8 months out of 12?

I have no reason to believe you cant unless someone else has differ.

Can you get the reference letters from your employer/college?

I would like to know, if I worked and my employer could give me reference letter but taxes wouldn't have been payed for me, may I include this experience in EE Profile?

the employment is on contract basis, contract renews every year for 9 months with college for last 6 years,
3 months are exempted from contract on account of exams taking place during that time.
experience certificates are also issued for 9 months.
