I AM AN ELECTRONICS ENGINEER AND HAVE 11 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TELECOM FIELD , ALSO 2 YEARS IN ELECRONIC SECURITY SYSTEMS
I WANT TO KNOW IS THERE ANY PROBLEM TO APPLY FOR NOC2241 THAT HAVE THE LESS RISK OR I SHOULD APPLY FOR NOC 2133

I'm sorry I cannot help you here, because I am not familiar with the field. However, if you can get a job reference letter describing your duties that are 80% similar to the NOC duties mentioned officially on the website you should be good to go. Remember that this job should be within the last 10 years.

Basically as long as you can back up your choice of NOC by documentation you are OK.

I meant that as long as you can get a reference letter with the duties 80% similar to the NOC, you can choose that NOC. So, your choice should be based on how easy is it for you to get the letter/documentation.

Other than this, just see if either of these NOCs are capped. If they are not, then you can choose either way.
