Egyptian Travel Document issued to Palestinian Refugees and study permit??

hi guys
I applied for a study permit on May, the processing time is 11 weeks tho.. the last update was requiring extra fees for a TRP, can anyone tell me what that means, is it a good sign or dose not mean anything? because I am clueless.

TRP is temporary resident permit, are they asking you for 200$?
I dont think there's any news regarding the fees, it looks like you just missed the payment i guess.

Oh no I actually paid it on the same day they asked me to, but the thing is I don't know if requesting this fees if a step towards approval or rejection.

I applied for a visitor visa once and they asked for the same fees of 200$ and I got the approval in a month. So not sure if the same applies for a study permit
