Yes nothing strange. It is due to the current political crisis in Egypt. Once the situation return to normal the office could be reopened.

So has Tunisia and Ivory Coast. I know this causes painful delays for people but if it's not safe to work there, then Canada must protect it's staff in foreign countries.

i dun think so all they care at the moment is canadian citizens who lives here its normal steps for all the embassies
hope this situation end soon
