Hi, there,
My working permit (IEC program) will expire in this October. I would like to extend my stay and remain in canada as a worker. Could you tell me any effective methods of gaining a visa (work permit) to work in Canada? i don't have much time left.
I have done some research regarding extending work permit. My questions are what LMO is? how can I get positive LMO? Accroding Temporary foreign workers (TFW) program, there are 4 categories (e.g. higher skilled occupations) that I can extend my work permit. However, it seems like I don't really meet any of requirements under these programs. How can I do? Do I have any other options?

I am looking forward to your reply. Thank you so much!

Information about LMO here: >> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp

You will need to find an employer willing to apply for a LMO. If positive you can apply for work permit bound to that employer.
You can also check other ways of working or immigrating to Canada here:

Another option is changing your status to visitor when your IEC expires, wait for the next IEC quota and if you qualify, apply
for another IEC visa.
