EE with Spouse of ICT as primary applicant

My Husband works in Canada on a closed work Permit (ICT) and I work full time in Canada as well on an open work permit. We are both LMIA exempt.
We want to apply for our EE with me as a primary applicant.

Our application is showing as ineligible and we think we are now answering a few questions correct. can you helps me understand the following?
1. Can I get job points if I am LMIA exempt (Not sure if my job is as I got the job after moving here on my open work permit)
2. We are both permanent employees, is the offer letter that confirms our full time status enough to establish that we will have this job for atleast 1 year after getting PR?
3. The application asks for NOC code on the work permit, I don't see that on my open work permit.

Can someone who has been in similar shoes, guide us? Thanks.

1 - You can get points for Canadian work experience, you do not qualify points for a valid job offer.
2 - You do not possess a valid job offer.
3 - You are answering incorrectly the very first question in the intended work section, once you do the questions that do not apply to you will disappear.
