Hi all,

Please try to access your accounts and see if it has has no issues and if you can do all the regular actions.

It looks like all applicants encounter a technical problem now. Applicants that usually logging in using Sign in Partner can't login and applicants that use GCKey and haven't submitted the application, say that the app disappeared and in other cases, GCKey login applicants that submitted and need to update documents get an error message.

I submitted an application, received a message and can't login to check it.

no kidding me!!

My application is still there, but they asked me to submit additional documents. They gave me 6 days and the system it dosen't work sice yesterday....

Yes, it looks like there are multiple problems with the CIC system tonight (referenced across messages on multiple sites tonight).

If your lack of access is time-sensitive, screenshot & log a call to CIC as soon as you can.

If not, curse wildly, loudly, immoderately, then move away from the screen & try again tomorrow! ;)
 
It's a relief to know there's more people experiencing the same. Hopefully the application will appear again, and appear complete. It would be a headache filling it out again from scratch.
 
Mine is working fine, however, I'll hardly ever need it with my score. :)
