My Express Entry application is shown as ineligible.
However, my CRS score as per the tool provided is 427
And my eligibility in FSW is 76/100
We have taken IELTS and done our ECA as well.

My details are as under:
Age: 38
Master's degree
Indian Experience: More than 6 year
NOC code 4021
IELTS [S/L/W/R] : [8/8/7/8.5]
Indian Resident

Wife:
Age: 36
Bachelor's Degree
Indian Experience: More than 2 year
IELTS [S/L/W/R] : [7.5/7.5/6.5/7]
Indian Resident

Could any please tell me probable reason for profile being shown as ineligible.
Do I need to create separate profile again and apply.
Is it mandatory to register in job bank and then submit EE profile.
I am also not able to update the form. Can I update my profile linked to the application or I need to create new profile and then apply.

Re: Profile is shown ineligible

Job bank is essential for EE application.

You can create new application with the same profile.

Yes, it is mandatory to register and activate your Job Seeker (Job Bank) account. Did you activate your Job Seeker (Job Bank) account? You would have received the Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code. You would need these two to be entered in Job Seeker (Job Bank) account to make your profile active. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=1006&t=29

Now, if your facing issues with regard to updating information, then you can check what do to here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=1001&t=29

Apart from what has already been said above, i assume you have already checked and registered for Job Bank (Yes JB registration is mandatory) to get the EE profile activated.

Assuming your profile was once active and has now been rendered ineligible, I don't think you need to create another one if you have done every thing right (including the JB registration etc.).

I suggest you check once more the PoF that you have promised under your EE profile, because CIC has recently revised their LICO for EE applicants. I may so happen that you fell back on LICO after they revised it. If that is the case just by increasing the PoF amount greater than the current LICO your profile may again become eligible.
