EE profile became ineligible after passport update

I have an important issue. i renewed my passport and updated my profile with new passport through cic website. after update , my profile became ineligible! how can i fix it? i think it is because of the minimum funds as it was enough for last year during my profile submission but not for this year.

See if it becomes eligible after adding the 300 something dollars.

Reapply from scratch then, as the profile is already ineligible.
