I got an update, I received an email, today. I've passed the medical and got a bio letter on Nov 9th.
the letter says i have 30 days only to give the biometrics

yeah that changed a couple weeks ago.

does anyone know if asking for BIL means the eligibility is passed?

Asking for a BIL or MEP means R10 check is complete. It doesn't mean Eligibility is passed.

not sure about this particular thread but i saw ~ 10-15 ppr's (pnp-outland/inland) in the previous couple of weeks from the whole forum

Well,I think with the reassignment of officers handling TR to PR and CEC candidates to general applications I expect more ppr from January 2022

Eligibility: Passed
Medical: Passed - Expired
Info sharing: Complete

Mine is March 2020 AOR. I am also security pending. There is a whole lot of PNPs with Security pending.
