when you create a new EE profile does it ask to enter your ECA ref no.?

i submitted my profile just now but did not find anywhere where i should enter this data.

Yes it does, under education section.

My Application status shows : Pending Additional Criteria
Job bank registration: Pending (Although it is active)

I received a letter from CIC that I have entered pool of candidates.

Do i have to worry about the pending status of jobbank? or it will change after some time?
Is there anything that I have to complete or wait for PT?
