hi piyushagarwal,

i am under the NOC 1123. recreated my profile on 2 dec but no luck. No clue why? Guess just unlucky or maybe 1123 not required anymore. Just guessing. Lemme know if you get one?

Its not about NOC. Apparently, this is a glitch in their system. Re-create your profile today and you might get a PT on Friday.

Good luck!

thanks Rajkamalmohan

So I withdraw and recreate my profile with the same GC key right? I dont think i need to change the login details. Lets hope it works.

Also need another suggestion. My previous profile is still not updated with the status withdrawn( status shows blank) and im getting job notifications from the Job bank for my previous profile. Do i deactivate the old job bank profile as well. How do i do that?

Also im not getting new notifications for jobs in spite of a successful Job bank registration.

Please help Rajkamalmohan

You need to go into Job Bank and there is a button to Deactivate the profile.

Once you deactivate it, recreate the profile and wait 24 hours for it to get updated.

After the profile is created and activated, it may take a couple of days for them to issue the PT.

Again, as Raj mentioned, it has nothing to do with NOC.

My point was 440. My wife and I took IELTS again. Now we both have CLB 9 and my point has been updated to 477. When can I expect the next draw?

I have also received Ontario PNP invite letter, but is it worth applying for PNP? It would cost additional 1500 dollars and I am hopeful to get ITA based on points.

1. Kindly accept the nomination. You will receive additional 600 CRS points in EE for accepting this nomination.
2. Time to accept nomination can be from 30 days to maximum 6 months depending on each province's terms and conditions. Check Ontario PNP website or the Nomination letter itself.
The lowest score so far in 22 EE draws has never fallen below 450 CRS points.
No point in waiting for the score to reach or go below 426.

I will leave the remaining questions for others to answer.

The nomination letter doesn't specify any time frame in which it has to be accepted. From where did you get 30 day limit?

Once you get nominated and the nomination appears in My CIC account, you will have 30 calendar days to accept the nomination. This will in the nomination letter. For me, it was in SINP nomination letter, for example.

I am sitting at 444, does anyone know how many points take the french exam TEF will give you.

I got level B1 for listening and now I have to wait for the results for the writing and the speaking part.

Does anyone have any idea so i have some idea of how many points I will get.

Thank you

Are you sure about that? It does seem like they are inviting people with certain NOC codes and ignoring the rest.

Hello Raj,

Could you go through my query and and advise pls.

Me and my wife have registered in EE and are pool since August 1st week 2015.My wife is the primary applicant and she has received the EOI application form with the total points mentioned in it which is 441. Can anyone tell how good are we in terms of points achieved and the possibility of getting an ITA. If not what should we be doing to get a Invite

Regards
Akoz

IMO, 441 is not quite enough. I seriously doubt the scores will go below 450 anytime soon. I would suggest her to get a CLB-9 in IELTS (If she still hasn't got it) or she can try for provincial nomination.

477 is a very decent score. I suggest you to wait, you might get an ITA in the next couple of draws.

8. AFTER NOMINATION
If your application is successful, OINP will enter the details of your nomination into CIC’s Express Entry system and you will receive a notification of your nomination through your MyCIC account. This notification will explain the next steps for accepting or refusing the nomination.
1. After OINP adds your nomination information to your Express Entry profile, you will have 30 days to accept the nomination in the Express Entry system. With the additional 600 points awarded for a nomination, you will receive an Invitation to Apply for permanent residency from CIC through your MyCIC account.
2. Once you receive an Invitation to Apply from CIC, you will have 60 days to submit your application for permanent residency to CIC.

Its all there in the application guide (page 28)

Of course I am sure. The "NOC based PT" myth was destroyed when Ontario updated their "Program Updates Page" It is a glitch in their system. You would have known this if you had seen their website.

Here you go - http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

They have admitted it is a glitch in their system and they are encouraging people to re-create their profiles.
