Usually it means they are not in NOC 0, A, B parts and are not suitable for that kind of program.

All jobs in NOC 0,a,b will demand LMO. And those which do not demand LMO are not eligible for FSW (EOI).

Not exactly so. If it is going to be as in Australia then you still have to get points. Of course, if you have a job (already in Canada) or you have a job offer (with LMO) you will get more points and that could take you to the head of the queue. But still everything will depend on points (and, possible like in Australia, on occupations in demand).

Can anyone help me with this??? It would be much appreciated. I am currently in my 6th month of my 1 year work experience now and planing to apply under CEC. Do I have to wait till the end of my 1 year for EE or can I apply as soon as EE launches on Jan 1, 2015 ?

So does it mean that I have to wait till May 2015 (which marks my 1 year experience ) then submit EE profile and then wait till I receive invitation to apply through CEC ? And if I get invited, I have to wait for 6 months again ?

Yes, you should wait until you gained the 1 year work experience before EE will invite you. I think all candidates currently working inside Canada will be invited. But if you get a another Job Offer with a Valid LMIA I guess you will receive the ITA regardless if you complete the 1 year residency or not. Its clearly stated that if you have a job offer with LMIA you will automatically invited in EE under CEC and FSTP and if you are unskilled NOC you will be directed to PNP. Just speculation.
Hi everyone! Is new system going to put requirements on the employers? for example, i am working at a very small company, if the new system requires the company has 5 full time employees to apply for me, im screwed. but My boss said it is impossible because there are up to 90% businesses are small. what do you think guys?
