I would like to apply for EE Alberta stream.
1, I wonder the possilbility of anybody with CRS score over 300 without job offer from Alberta receive the NOI .
2. If I get the job offer from Alberta, must my employer from Alberta get the LMIA for my job offer? otherwise the job offer without LMIA will not work for my strong tie with Alberta. then I cant claim the job offer without LMIA as a supportive factor to be invited.
3.If I get the job offer from Alberta with a occupation in Tech list, but my Alberta employer isn't in the tech industry, could I apply for the accelerated tech path?
