Educational Evaluation and Express Entry help

Hi,

I am Dolly new to this forum, I needed help regarding few doubts i have
1. I have done Masters from US(10 years ago)and Bachelors from India - DO i need to do Education evaluation for both or Just US (Mainly because i am unable to get my latest copy of transcripts from India) - also what service is currently better in doing evaluation- can you please suggest I know WES does take longer time - since most universities are under staffed and are operating at 20%
2. I have job experience of 9 years would that be considered as positive point
3. Which website should I use for CRS
4. Is there anyone who can guide me through entire process

2. Yes, you can get credit for a maximum of 3 years of foreign skilled work experience.
