Applying on Express entry, I got to know about this ECA, and there are some designated organisations. What other criteria should I look for in applying ECA? Is there a way i can avoid attestation fro university from which i am graduated? Because it is not so easy for me to get it from India,being in USA.
Is there any Anna University graduate who has applied already. How long would they take when i request a transcript ?
