I'm trying to get my educational credential assessment but I noticed they (Toronto University or WES.org) require:
"The envelope must be sealed by the institution with a stamp and signature over the flap. Documents inside the envelope must bear original stamps and signatures."
I asked my university here (Israel) and they do not do that, don't think anybody uses a stamp anymore. Even if they did, if I cannot open the envelope, how would I know the documents inside have original stamps and signatures??
