Education Section of Express Entry Profile

Hi,

I have a question regarding the education section of the Express Entry Profile.

I have completed a Bachelor's Degree at a Canadian University (graduated in 2014)

I am currently enrolled in a 1-year certificate at a Canadian University (but I won't be done until Dec 2016). I still have 6 more months to go in order to complete my certificate.

My question is, can I add the certificate to my education without finishing it yet?

You have a degree from Canadian institute which is your higher qualification. Your certificate wouldn't get u any extra points. You may mention the certificate in your education history though.

I thought you do get extra points if you say you have 1 degree that lasted 3years or more, and another one that was at least 1 year?

You're correct. Sorry. But, unfortunately you cannot add it before you complete it.

Hi I just wanted some information. I have done my ECA in that it has mentioned i have 3 years degree and i have postgraduate degree (one year) and two years postgraduate degree from canada. What education should i select while making the profile. i was thinking of selecting (two or more degree diploma one must be of three years). Would i be getting some extra points for the degrees i have?

Sorry, I don't understand what degrees you have and how long it took you to get each one? Can you clarify?

I believe that one year certificate counts as a 'post secondary education', so when you finish that, you can claim points for the '2 or more post secondary education' category...correct me if I'm wrong

I have completed by 3 years degree with a gap of 5 years,so should I mention as 3 years or 5 years in the space provided.

Also since it was distance learning should I mention as Part time or Full time.

I have done my ECA through WES and it says Bachelor degree (three years).... I am confused

Please help...
