Hello Mohit,

I have visited www.cic.gc.ca several times. But there is not detail information. By the way I have experienced to get more information here rather then cic.gc.ca

Thank AMK for your reply.

Are you sure that last educational activity should be full time. Previous private will be not count ?

If
Matric 10 years
Intermediate 2 years
Bachelor 3 years
Total 15 years

then award 22 points. All the education should be full time or equivalent.

Thank you Kali

Your answer in short sentence
"All the education should be full time or equivalent."

Is the exact answer of my question.

Thanks alot

Please read www.cic.gc.ca. A single BA is 20 points, I really don't know why people keep saying 22 points. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-education.asp

@ PMM
can u plz tell me my Friend has Total 17 Years of Education

Matric=10
High School=2
Bachelor's=4

Master's=1

so i guess It should be 25 points

You have a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study.
22 points its written http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-education.asp
20 points for 14years full time study.

My points is counted 10+2+3 = 15years = 22points.
even same for my Brother and he got Medical now.
Thanks

@ Omm

Example: 2. If an applicant has a four-year bachelor’s degree and 16 years of education, an officer
would award 20 points, as a single two, three, or four-year university credential at the bachelor’s level,
combined with at least 14 years of full-time study, is worth 20 points;

hmm, if anyone have points exactly pass: 67 so, what are the chances to get visa. I have 69 points, but just asking for my cousin.
Thanks,
ommkumar desai

REMEMBER it says AT LEAST 14 years of education.

A single bachelors degree alone by itself cannot get more than 20 points but can get less if the required number of years is not attained.

As far as I think, 67 or 69 points doesn't matter. But if a point or two is unsure then of course, 69 has that buffer.

Let me know exactly please...her total number years of education is 17

High school 12
Bsc 3
Masters 1
B.Ed 1
