i am from India and want to apply in manitoba PNP under manitoba support but i am not able to ascertain my education points. i have done a 3 year engineering diploma after grade 10- also called matriculation/secondary school certificate. so essentially i have 13 years of education. i want to know if i can claim points under "one year post secondary education" under manitoba self assessment worksheet.
