Education matchiing NOC 1311

Hello,
I have done MBA (Finance) after B-Com and is interested in applying for Canada Express entry through Saskatchewan PNP under NOC 1311 (Accounting Technicians). I found over internet that Saskatchewan did no accept B-Com against NOC 1311.

Could anyone advise me if my qualification match with NOC 1311 or any other codes?

Once check NOC 1111 and see if it matches your job responsibilities. You don't have to have CA/CPA/CIA/ACCA for this.
Yes Saskatchewan is not accepting Accountants. It is in their excluded list.
