Education loan if taken from non listed bank in visa checklist

I am willing to take an education loan and I have applied for it and the loan is ready to be sanctioned. But the bank which is kalupur cooperative bank limited is not a nationalized bank and also it is not listed in the visa checklist (IMM 5818 E) by canadian government. So, my confusion is if I do process with this bank so will there any problems to acquire study permit (visa).

You can still get a visa but expect it to take a bit longer while IRCC checks to make sure the bank is real and the loan is legitimate. This seems like a largish co-op bank, so it shouldn't be a big deal.
