Education Level Confusion

My spouse have highest level of education of 12th Class from CBSE so which level should i select from these :

1. None, or less than secondary Education (High School)
2. Secondary Diploma (High School Graduation)

Please help. Also if its 2 option then do I've to get these WES verified ?

If you are claiming education points then you would need an ECA.

Thnx for your reply. Can you tell me which option should i select from those 2 if I've to select 12th Class level from Indian education system?
