Just list your Masters degree. Add your Bachelors degree to the Personal History section.

Better to mention the Bachelors degree in Personal History than Education.

Thank you both. +1 to you two!

Would it be any different if you list your bachelor's as well but indicate that they are not Canadian and you don't have ECA for them either?

Technically, it shouldn't make a difference as you aren't claiming points for it. As long as you ECA gives you the required points, you should be fine. I'd recommend moving it to the personal history section for clarity.

Personal history is for the last 10 years. And my bachelors is older than 10 years. If I dont list it either in education or personal history. will that be a problem ?

Thank you for the reply. My highest degree is Canadian but I have already listed all my degrees in my EE profile (and indicated I don't have ECA for them) and got ITA so I don't want to move them to personal history to create a difference between my EE profile and eAPR. I get your point though because now I have to upload all my degrees even though I am not getting points for them.
