I'm just uploading my documents and one of the sections is:

"Education (diplomas/degrees) (required)"

Do I submit the ECA or my degree certificates - or even both?

And if its just certificates then where do I upload ECA Certificates?

Also where I do upload my IELTS score proof?

I think they only require you to upload all your degrees. In my application, I uploaded my ECA and IELTS just to be safe but I don't think they need it.

Make sure you merge ALL your certificates, and the ECA itself, and upload EVERYTHING in the EDUCATION section.
