Education Documents to visa office

John, i have already go through with my country specifications and its same that they need it in sealed envelope, i have talked to University, they are putting a University sticker on envelop with their verification signatures if any one requires it this way. They provide copies too if needed. Now i am clear on it. I can not go to them and ask them to put my originally DMC (Transcript back in to that envelope and will keep it with me till CIC don't ask me to submit or send).

Yet i haven't applied even but i want every thing in my hand before i apply

hello guys:
sorry i was out, its an intersting discussion going on.
to get a copies of transcript/dmc from your university in a sealed envelope is a common thing. if you ask your university they will help you as they are aware of this procedure. i got my sealed dmc from hamdrad university, karachi.
for immigartion you definatly need degree plus dmc/transcript in a university selaed envelope.
if your degree is not issued yet and they ask you to submit the educaional degrees, may be you can write an expalnation letter but im not sure its going to work or not.

You are right, i have already talked to University, they can do it for us by taking their fees for Transcript is compulsory as written in Guide, but not for degree.

They will take your original transcript from you back and will give you back with a sticker (Seal) with their attestation. I was also confused but i am clear now.
