I am planning to have my education assessed by one of the authorized institutions. My wife would be coming along with me so do I need her education assessed as well? Would it help with the points if both our educations are assessed?

if your wifes education will Not be assessed - you shouldn't state her education at education section just in personal history.

I really don't quite understand what you said above. So If her education gets assessed then it would have additional points to mine? Btw, i will be the main sponsor. I'm not sure if stating that helps in any way.
