Education Assessement necessary for Masters obtained in Canada?

Happy Friday Everyone,
Please do any of you know if an education assessment is required from applicants that completed a Masters program in Canada? Need some information about this as I really don't want to spend the assessment fee if CIC doesn't require it.

No it isn't needed

If you received a Canadian certificate, diploma or degree, it does not require ECA assessment.
