Edmonton Applicant - Urgent request

Having completed 3 years, I applied for citizenship in early March 2014 and asked to do finger print in September 2014, but have no any other update from CIC. I got admission to read medicine in caribbean. please advise, Am I eligible to request to expedite on my case on URGENT BASIS?

I don't think you qualify for urgent processing. You would only qualify for urgent processing if you needed to be a Canadian citizen to attend your school. However I'm guessing there's nothing stopping you from attending this school as a permanent resident.
