My online status shows the following:

"We sent you a notice on May 18, 2018 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on June 18, 2018 at 12:30 PM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us."

What does this mean? My test date is June 18th, 2018. Does this mean I will have test and oath ceremony at the same day?

Is it a standard online update?

Any help will be appreciated.

Okay, so i called the call center. They are confused too as in my events list, i am invited for test and there is no mention of oath but on ecas, it's an invite to oath and there is no mention of test. The agent is putting a request for the local office to clarify if i have test and oath both on the same day or if it's a mistake at their end. Hopefully will know something by next week.

Hi guys, I have a question, Im kinda confused, Im an applicant in Edmonton, and I just received a letter for June 18th 12:30pm for Citizenship Test, also when I checked the status online, there is another Invitation to attend Oath Ceremony on June 18th 12:30pm. Both same time and date.

My question is, umm is the room for June 18th 12:30pm meant for Test or Oath taking? Or is it possible, that it is for Oath Ceremony after all and my test was supposedly to take place at 9:30am? and I go there all prepared for a test and eventually missing the Test time?

If you guys have any experience or knows about the schedule for the June 18th 12:30pm room assignment. Please let me know. Im confused, I asked my friends and they said they use the same room for Oath taking and Citizenship Test, Also, I called the IRCC but the call doesnt directly go to the Edmonton CIC, so they dont know the answer for this.

I have checked online and there is no June 18th ceremony schedule. So the online status regarding my Oath Ceremony for June 18th 12:30pm must be an error then? or are they opening a June 18th 12:30pm ceremony and my Test time is early morning? If anyone has the same experience. Or if anyone has the same Test time on June 18th 12:30pm. Please do let me know. It would validate my theories on this.

To apply for passport after oath Do I have to wait for Ecas status changed to complete from decision made????
I had my oath done already but ecas still says decision made??? Do i have to wait for status changed to compete to apply for passport. Pls share

You can apply for passport at least two business days after your ceremony
