I used my client ID to try to get into ECAS, presuming I would still have an account from my PR application. However, I cannot get in - is this normal? Do we get a new client ID?

UCI remains the same. Are you seeing the following message ? It just means you have no application in progress. I get the same message, unable to see my PR application results from 3 years ago.

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

• Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
• This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:

How long ago was when you became a PR ? Are you using UCI to check ? If so, what format are you using "xxxxxxxx" OR "xxxx-xxxx" ? Thanks
