Just like you I have the same problem. I used to have my address in saudi arabia and decided to come back here in the Philippines April 2013, well unfortunately even if i have informed abu dahabi of my change in address for more than 1 year my status on ECAS never changed. last march my wife forwarded a letter from Vegreville requesting for us to have NBI, police clearance,birth cert and the medical..instructing us to send it back to my wife for her to sign and foward it back to vegreville. to date my daughter's paper were updated on ECAS but mine was'nt, yun ang di ko gets.. parang naipit na yung papers ko for 1 year not knowing what ever happened and the thing is mag eexpire nanaman ang medical namin for nothin.
well hope someone can inform me what to do and i don't even wish you'll have the same problem as i did.
