Ecas vs new tracker tool

Does anyone know what is the difference between ecas and new tracker tool? We (husband and wife) applied for citizenship via paper and received AOR end of april this year. Ecas shows “Application received” whereS new tracker shows everything “in progress.
Just trying to understand the differences between these trackers.

My ecas tool says DM while my online tracker says In progress for all except citizenship test and background. I have already completed my interview and they had asked my I 94 records which I submitted

Any feedback would be welcome as I am very anxious about this

From what I have read on this forum, it seems the tracker is no longer in sync with the processing. ECAS seems to be more updated.
