Our outland spousal PR application was received on 24 May 2016. We received SA on 20 July 2016 (sent to CPC Ottawa). Despite receiving SA our ECAS still says "In Process" for Sponsorship Application Status. Anyway, my actual question is:
ECAS has now updated to "Decision Made" for Permanent Residence Application Status. When I click on the link it doesn't give any update after Medical Results received. We also logged in through GCKey and this says that background checks are still in process and a final decision is "Not yet started". ECAS still also says our SA is "In Process".
I know from other posts that ECAS is unreliable, but is GCKey more reliable? It's difficult to know when CIC's own systems tell you different things!
